The PeerSpectives Roundtable program is an innovative peer learning system developed by the Edward Lowe Foundation and specifically designed to address the special needs of growth-oriented Second Stage companies. PeerSpectives uses a peer-to-peer learning model that is a proven format for successfully sharing ideas and problem solving experiences among CEOs.
This is not another training program or speaker focused seminar. The PeerSpectives Roundtable model uses a structured method of group problem solving and idea generation to foster innovative thinking and creative solutions to real problems that are challenging members of the group.
Each group consists of 8 to 12 non-competitive businesses that meet monthly to address their businesses' most important and urgent issues.
Facilitators are a key to each table’s success. Each group is led by a professional with extensive experience in managing or supporting second stage businesses who has been trained in the PeerSpectives System by the Edward Lowe Foundation.
Michigan SBTDC Consultant Support
Each table is joined by a senior business consultant from the Michigan SBTDC who provides follow up information on key issues that the group identifies at each session and supports the administration of the group.
